Story

Full story (spoilers)
Michael Colson, a teen born with X-ray vision, secretly runs LVMX, a luxury brand that made him a billionaire. On his first day, he saves Ava Shaw, a social media star, from a deadly spider in her throat. He transferred to Maple Valley High to surprise his girlfriend, Kelly Jones, but finds her kissing lacrosse star Barry Dawes. After she is caught cheating, Kelly dumps him, unaware of his true identity, and Michael is heartbroken. Moved by her kindness, he agrees to play Ava's trophy boyfriend. At the party Barry hosts for Ava, Kelly accuses Michael and Barry calls him white trash, until Ava publicly claims him as her boyfriend. Their fake romance turns real, but influencer bullies target them until Michael publicly reveals he is the CEO of LVMX and confesses his love. Michael destroys the arrogant influencer, while Kelly's request for a second chance is turned down. The article presents Michael and Ava as a couple at the end.
