Story

Medusa has been sealed away in a cemetery in the Appalachians. She comes back by taking over the dead body of Grace, who gave her an apple years ago and was brutally murdered by her husband. Medusa sets out to avenge Grace with her petrifying gaze and to raise Grace's child.
