My Ex is the Undefeated Champion

Story

Nora and Roman parted on his title night, after she staged an affair while pregnant and facing stage-three cancer. She left the country to give birth and undergo chemotherapy, then Roman returned eight years later with eleven straight wins and a title shot in reach. The league needs a neutral doctor to examine him, and Nora is the one assigned, so she now holds his career in one signature. She is hiding their daughter, now seven, and his scanned knee from him.
