Story
The narrator, who runs a company, is torn apart online after an employee posts that the boss would not give out holiday gift boxes for the Memorial Day weekend. What nobody online sees is the company's long habit: every holiday and every staff birthday, each employee gets a $300 gift card. So the narrator gives them what they said they wanted, scrapping this year's gift cards for the holiday and ordering gift boxes for the whole staff, and the whole company erupts.
