Story

Beasts Have Desires—Mostly for Food is a NetShort fantasy romance where cooking is a superpower. Chloe is a chef with three Michelin stars until she is pulled into a harsh realm run by beastmen, where any human companion nobody picks is sent into exile. She turns down August, a werewolf lord with an ego to match his rank, and chooses Leon instead: a former lord whom everyone ridicules because his legs were crippled. With only a knight's thrown-away shield and what she knows from a modern kitchen, Chloe sets out to restore his pride and protect his family. Expect a cozy, funny underdog romance with a lot of food.
